      在2008届CMA音乐节的官方网站上，Billy被列为在CMA歌迷节大展厅出席的最受欢迎歌手之一。
他一共露面四次，其中两次是额外增加的场次。在长达五小时的时间内，Billy签下了成千上百张照片。在GAC电视台摊位呆了一个小时候，Billy终于在自己的摊位出现了，为了与尽可能多的粉丝见面，Billy比额定的一小时还多逗留了一个小时的时间。

    后来，在RiverFront公园，Billy吸引了很多观众。他演唱了刚创作的歌曲，包括令人意外但又是观众最爱的《Damn》。

    在第八街区的福特咖啡吧专场后，Billy的团队又决定，由于周六签名会响应很好，在周日再于BG摊增加一场签名见面会。

    这下可让粉丝们高兴了，有的周六没能在关门前排队轮到，有的在Riverfront的表演后成为了新BG迷，而BG则又超时来和更多BG迷相处。然后，Billy又去Ohana音乐工作室的摊位来了个意外露面，并和他的朋友们在那里签名。

Billy was recognized on cmafest.com as one of the most popular artists appearing at the CMA Fan Fair Exhibit Hall in 2008.

    Billy signed hundreds of autographs during a total of four appearances, two of them surprises, together totaling over five hours. After his first scheduled hour at the GAC booth, Billy made the long-awaited appearance at his booth, running over his alloted time and staying for an extra hour (right up to closing time) to meet and spend personal time with as many fans as possible.

    Billy later packed the RiverFront Park and amazed the crowd with new material, including the surprising and instant crowd favorite, "Damn."

    After Billy packed Cafe Forte on 8th street later the same evening, his team agreed to another signing appearance at his booth on Sunday morning due to his enormous popularity during his previous signing on Saturday.

    Much to the delight of fans who didn't get to his line in time Saturday and new fans who saw him at the RiverFront stages on Saturday, Billy, once again, stayed over his alloted time to squeeze in as many fans as he could. Then made his way over to the Ohana Music Group booth to make another surprise appearance and sign again with his friends at Ohana.
